Activity description

An expert chef will introduce you to the most popular chilled creams in Córdoba, with a brief description of the history of how and when Cordoban Salmorejo came about. We'll take a look at the different types and varieties and explain their nutritional properties. During the practical part, you'll prepare your own Salmorejo step by step. We'll go through the ingredients you need and learn how to chop and finally blend them together into a cream.
