Wine, cheese, and vermouth tasting in Córdoba
For just over an hour, you’ll immerse yourself in a journey through six Montilla-Moriles wines—yes, those Pedro Ximénez grapes that are so versatile—paired with Cordoban cheeses that are no slouch. And let’s not forget the local red vermouth, which has that perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness that makes it irresistible. All this, accompanied by our sommelier, who doesn’t just serve you a glass: he tells you about it, explains it to you, and makes you enjoy it like never before.
